Damage Policy
All products are packed with proper fragile and secure packaging to ensure safe delivery. Our team makes every effort to deliver your parcel in perfect condition.
However, in case of any damage, breakage, leakage, or mishandling during transit, the company will not be held responsible, as such issues may occur due to courier handling or unforeseen delivery circumstances — not because of improper packaging from our side.

Exchange Policy
At Kandlia, we offer an exchange policy only. Refunds or money-back are not available.
If you receive your parcel and do not like the candle, you may request an exchange within 2 days of delivery, provided that:
* The candle has not been used
* The product is in its original condition
* There is no damage to the candle or packaging
After receiving and inspecting the product, we will exchange it with another available candle of your choice.
Please note:
* Money-back or cash refunds are not offered
* Exchange delivery charges may apply depending on the location and situation
* Products damaged after delivery or used items will not be eligible for exchange
